Height 51-60cm

weight 16-27kg

** 2/5

The Siberian Husky is a medium sized slim build breed. Originating from Siberia, Russia, it is extremely well suited to the cold harsh climate. Traditionally The Siberian Husky was a sled dog used as part of a pack of dogs to pull the drivers sled over a snow fallen climate. It has long thick fur to keep it warm and in the summer months sheds allot of fur to keep it cool. Its markings are always predominantly white with either a light brown or black trim and its eyes are mostly a very distinguishably bright blue or yellow colour but some times have a dark brown colour and in some cases the two eyes may be two different colours completely. It has a long snout and its ears end in an upright point, also it usually has very striking facial markings and a long bushy tail. The Siberian Husky makes an extremely good family dog and can cope very well with living outside in mostly all weathers, but if not correctly trained can be a handful.
